Sconces above the leather chairs in this condominium entrance foyer invite the eye but the paintings are evenly lit by recessed adjustable halogen lighting.

A blue/green antique-washed cabinet houses the TV in the family room which continues to feature paintings of Holland. Warm blue/green and amber kitchen repeats the colors and style in this open plan condominium.

Angled Wall Becomes Focal Point

In this condominium living room an uninteresting flat wall becomes an architectural focal point with PMID designing an armoire, a fireplace, and bookshelves with traditional architectural moldings and painted cupboards to create an area for clients to read and watch TV. Recessed accent lighting properly spaced highlights the details and creates a cozy area.

Dining Area

A slender dining table tucked between living area and kitchen area will open for Thanksgiving to seat 12 people.

PMID Designs Media Cabinet

Client preferences were for neutral color fabrics. Pat designed the media cabinet with blue/green paint which was predominant client choice for accent color.

Furniture in an angular living space was placed so that clients could enjoy the view of the water on one side of the room and read and watch TV on the other.
