Elegant Reconverted Barn

The living area of this reconverted barn became a sophisticated place for entertaining and family leisure. The furniture style is eclectic.  The French Provincial wing chair shown is a copy of a 17th century chair covered in a red and blue striped linen. Next to it is a leather-covered tabouret table and a brass lamp with a steel shade. The carved spanish chest with iron hinges is 16th century style.

The floors were stained dark to match the dark wood door with brass hinges and dark rafters of this 20 foot high ceiling. The persian rug adds pattern and warmth.
